Yes, Cloudli provides access to users who are deaf, deafened, hard of hearing, or those with speech disabilities that use the teletypewriter (TTY) modems to make and receive calls.
Cloudli services are compatible with customer premise TTY modems once configured accordingly. TTY modem users should contact our support desk and ask to have their line configured for modem use.
Cloudli facilitates access for such users via Bell Relay Service operators who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
