Generally Available (GA) Hardware
The Generally Available (GA) Hardware designation refers to telephony devices that Cloudli has certified to work with the Cloudli Connect Platform and can fully support for installation & troubleshooting. Cloudli can also purchase and resell (and in many cases rent) this hardware to our partners and customers, preserving the original manufacturer’s warranty and assisting with replacements, if/when needed. The current list of GA Hardware for Cloudli Connect is shown in the table below.

End of Life Hardware
End of Life Hardware are devices that Cloudli no longer believes to be safe or compatible with Cloudli Connect. Most commonly, these are devices that have been moved to End of Life by the manufacturer and can no longer receive security updates, though other factors may contribute to a device being added to Cloudli’s End of Life Hardware list as well. Any customers who have these devices must consider replacing them with more current devices at their earliest convenience. In order to protect all of our customers, Cloudli reserves the right to block access from any or all End of Life Hardware to our Cloudli Connect platform, for any reason and without notice. The current list of End of Life Hardware for Cloudli Connect is shown below.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
Cloudli allows customers to bring their own hardware for use on the Cloudli Connect platform, provided that it is not already on the End of Support or End of Life Hardware lists, is not prohibited by Cloudli’s Terms of Service (e.g. Auto-dialers), and does not represent a risk to any other customers or the platform. Additionally, if a customer provided device is on either the GA or the End of Sale list, Cloudli can take over all firmware and configuration management of the phone, after the customer has registered the device against Cloudli’s Device Management Servers and the device has successfully loaded its first full configuration. The customer is responsible for completing the first full registration of any customer provided phone. Once registered, Cloudli Support will help troubleshoot any additional issues related to the device that may arise, while the customer remains responsible for any/all repair or replacement of device, as needed. In the event that both Cloudli Support and the customer are unable to fix the issue, the customer’s only option to continue using the service will be to replace their device, at their expense.
