- You can also send and receive SMS text messages with your personal contacts or numbers that are not added to your contacts. Make sure that your Business Phone administrator has setup your SMS number properly for you in the administrator portal.
All your text messages are unified in the Hub
, whether business contacts, personal contacts, or outside numbers.
