Using iOS/macOS?
If you have enabled “Do not disturb (DND)” in your native iOS/macOS Settings, this setting will apply to inbound calls to the Cloudli app as well.
- Note that if “Do not disturb (DND)” is disabled in your native iOS/macOS settings, you can still control your incoming call notifications settings specific to the Cloudli app.
Navigate to Settings – App – Notifications – Disable “Incoming Calls”.
Using Android?
Calls will still ring your Cloudli app even if you have set your native smartphone to “Do not Disturb”.
However, you can disable incoming call notifications in the Application settings of the Cloudli app.
- Press the three-dot menu then Settings – Application.
- Check the option “Block Incoming Calls (DND)”.
