There are three call supervision modes:
- 4 = Listen-In (supervision is always initiated by entering ''Listen-In'' mode)
- 5 = Whisper
- 6 = Barge-In
In the following scenario we have three individuals:
- Supervisor Sandra (U200), agent Paul (U228), and caller Tanya 514-123-4567
Dial *4+extension to initiate Call Supervision
"Listen-In" mode is initiated:
Supervisor can switch back and forth at anytime between the Listen-In, Whisper and Barge-In mode by pressing:
- 4 = Listen-In
- 5 = Whisper
- 6 = Barge-In
