HOW TO LOGIN TO THE VCC (VOIP CLOUD CONNECT)
Note: Before logging into the VCC, be sure the default extension has been set.
LOGGING INTO THE MOBILE VERSION:
Go to your app store, and search for & download Voip CloudConnect.
For mobile, all usernames will need to end in @vcccomplete (no dot com) to log in. For example, the username “helloworld” would need to be configured as follows to log in:
- Username: helloworld@vcccomplete (no dot com).
- Then enter the password.
LOGGING INTO THE DESKTOP VERSION:
Login to the Clarity portal, and on the right hand side, click your initials. In the menu that appears, click on VoipCloudConnect
Download either the Windows or MAC version.
To login to the desktop version, you do not need the @vcccomplete at the end of the username. For example, the username “helloworld” would need to be configured as follows to log in:
- Username: helloworld (no @vcccomplete)
- Then enter the password.
Installation and user guides, are also found under the VoipCloudConnect menu in Clarity. Click on your initials in the upper right hand corner.
